Skirpus (reed)
Skirpus (Scirpus) is a representative of sedges, which is also often called reeds. The homeland of the plant is considered to be the Italian islands - Sardinia and Corsica. Skirpus grows on the banks of water bodies. It can be found both in tropical latitudes and in temperate climates. Growing in width, the skirp forms a spherical bush.
